your store.

I work with a small number of clients deliberately — that’s how I stay genuinely useful to each one. If you’re thinking about Shopify, already on it, or stuck on something specific, let’s talk it through.

Common questions

Things people
usually ask.

Both. A lot of client relationships start with a single project — a theme build, a custom integration, a specific fix — and grow from there. Retainers are for ongoing support and development. Neither is a prerequisite for the other.

Predominantly founder-led brands in lifestyle, homewares, fashion, beauty, and food. Typically doing between £200k and £2m in annual revenue — established enough to need a proper Shopify setup, small enough to not want agency overhead. I work with stores on standard Shopify plans through to Plus.

For retainer work I typically have a short onboarding queue. For project work it depends on scope — smaller jobs can often start within a week or two, larger builds need proper scoping first. Get in touch and I’ll give you an honest timeline.

At the Ongoing Partner level (£350/mo): bug fixes, content updates, app advice, proactive issue-spotting, and priority access when something breaks before a big campaign. At Growth Partner (£800/mo): all of that plus active development — custom Liquid, landing pages, Flow automation, and a monthly store health review. Both are rolling monthly with 30 days notice to cancel.

Yes, though the majority of my clients are UK-based. Shopify work is remote by nature — I’ve worked with stores across Europe and Australia. The main consideration for non-UK clients is time zones for anything time-sensitive.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current rate (20%) is added to invoices for UK clients. Non-UK clients outside of a VAT-registered EU business are typically not charged UK VAT — I’ll confirm on a per-project basis.
