Both. Retainers are my preference for ongoing relationships — they work better for clients and for me. But I take on project work regularly, particularly store builds, theme customisation, and technical integrations. Some of my best long-term client relationships started as one-off projects.
Primarily founder-led DTC brands on Shopify — typically stores doing meaningful revenue who need a trusted technical partner rather than a large agency. I work across most product categories but have particular depth in lifestyle, home, food, and fashion brands.

Yes — I work with brands across the UK, Europe, and occasionally further afield. Time zone overlap helps for day-to-day communication, but most of my work is async-friendly. If you're outside the UK, just mention it when you get in touch.
