A quick conversation — no lengthy brief forms. You tell me what you’re working with and what you need. I’ll tell you what’s possible and roughly what it involves.
For project work I’ll send a clear, fixed-price quote before anything starts. No surprises. For retainer work the scope is defined upfront so you know what’s included.
I work on a development store or theme preview. You review and feed back. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
Every project ends with a proper handover — documentation, a walkthrough, and a store you understand how to run. Most clients stay on retainer because it works.
